Silver Acorn Ring Oxidized Sterling Silver Nature Ring

This silver acorn ring was made from a sweet little acorn I found while walking my dogs. I was on the hunt for a small one, not too large, yet not too small, the perfect size for a piece of jewelry! I then made a mold of the acorn, and use the mold with fine silver to make each individual acorn. I solder the fine silver acorn to a hammered sterling silver band in your specified size, and give it an oxidized and hand rubbed finish, polishing the acorn nut to a reflective shine! I can also make the ring with no oxidation, if you prefer an all over shiny finish. The acorn is made of solid silver, so this ring has some weight to it, and is an heirloom to be treasured. The sterling silver band is made from half round sterling silver wire which is approximately 1.5mm thick and 3mm wide, and is very comfortable to wear. The acorn itself measures approximately 17mm or just under 3/4" from tip to tip, and is 9mm thick. Because each acorn ring is made by hand, they will all be unique, and the process takes several days to complete, so this is not an item that can be rushed.
